Job Description

  • Our Facilities Management Company wish to hire Facility Managers to take charge of service delivery to our clients.
  • Based on our property sites in Lekki environ, the Facility Manager will lead a team to provide a fully integrated service to the estates
  • Manage all operational soft services teams including cleaning, security, water and energy services. Also take responsibility for the quality and financial performance of the services rendered.
  • The Facility Manager will have strong stakeholder management skills and be adept at analytical reporting. You will have managed soft services teams and be very customer focused.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
  • Proven experience as Facilities Manager or relevant position
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Good analytical / critical thinking.
